Be a vendor at a BAD game!
Are you a local artist, business or organization looking to grow within the Bay Area? Bay Area Derby has two exciting home team games this season and we would love your involvement! We have tables available throughout the venue for you to showcase your talent to all our fans!

Saturday, August 1, 2026: Summer Slam – San Francisco vs. Oakland
Saturday, October 24, 2026: Halloween Game – San Francisco vs. Oakland
Why Vend at BAD?
For our 2025 season we had over 800 fans attend our each of our events!
Over 4 hours of vending time for your business
This is an all ages event!
How Much Is It to Vend?
We are asking $50 per vendor to have a table at each event as there is limited capacity.
Note, it you are unable to pay the $50, please contact events@bayareaderby.com and we can most likely work out something different out for you on a case by case basis.
Necessary Permits
Please note if you will be selling tangible property in the State of California you must have City of Richmond business license.

Please note that license may take up to 7-14 business days from date of submission with the City of Richmond
Please fill out our Vendor Application with all of your details and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible! Applications for each game close 2 weeks prior so please get your application in ASAP! Once approved our events team will email you and send the Paypal link for the $50 application fee.
