Returns

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Orders are only returnable under the following conditions:

• If BAD mis-shipped the order: We will issue a return tag for the items and re-send out the correct order.
• If the size or color the customer chose was not accurate: The customer covers shipping on the item back to BAD and also, the shipping for the correct item back to the customer.

Bay Area Derby Girls respects the privacy of its customers’ information. Your email and personal information will never be distributed without your written consent and acknowledgment.
